Muay Thai - 9am
Sayoc Kali - 11:30am *Must be a registered Sayoc Kali member in order to attend this session.
Grappling - 2pm (Judo and BJJ)
FREE - NO CHARGE
We will have lunch break in between sessions so don't worry about not having the chance to eat during the lunch hour. We strongly recommend a light lunch if you are going to do all three sessions.
