I held a private 4 hour grappling session with good friends of mine to train in Judo and in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We drilled the hell out of some Osoto Gari, Uchi Mata and Omaplata to triangle choke flow drills. This was the first of many Grappler's Drill Weekends. Stay tuned for the next date as it will be opened to the public.
